Ray Spence
Ray Spence is a Senior Consultant at Decision Frameworks and has been with the company since 2017. He has supported numerous projects in the upstream and midstream oil and gas business as well as portfolio planning, manufacturing and country entry strategy. Ray's expertise lies in strategic planning, decision framing, uncertainty modeling, and probabilistic analysis. As an educator, Ray has taught Decision and Risk Analysis, Value of Information, and Game Theory to clients around the world.
Ray has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston and is pursuing coursework in sustainability. He is the 2020 – 2021 President of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Decision Professionals and currently serves on the executive committee.
